Not all roofs need to be torn off, however any rotted wood will be replaced.

Insulation

For added strength and increased cooling, pan fillers may be added to your porch, lanai or florida room roof, in addition to the standard 1-5/8" double foiled insulation.

  

 

 

 

 

 

Firestone Ultra Ply TPO

45 Mil Firestone Ultra Ply TPO is mechanically fastened, then heat welded to ensure a proper water tight seal on your roof. 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Vents & Skylights

Termination Bar
