Step One: Wash The Roof

All roofs must be washed with a commercial grade pressure washer to prep the roof for repairs and the coating. 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Step Two:Repair The Roof

All opens seams,  holes or deteriorated areas will be repaired. All vents, skylights and fasteners are sealed for added protection.

 

 

 

 

 

Step Three: Coat The Roof

Hydro-stop Top Coat is applied with an airless sprayer. Special tips allow the coating crew to apply a thick layer without having to do multiple applications.
