I had been in my new home for approximately 3 weeks, when during a rain storm I noticed that a few of my walls were damp to the touch. From the person I first talked to, the person who did the inspection, to the crew of 3 that showed up at 7am to do the replacement and clean up, you were all courteous, professional and knowledgeable.
