Mobile Home Roofing Systems
TPO stands for thermoplastic polyolefin, which is a single-ply membrane that has great conformability factors for all shapes of low slope mobile home roofs. It’s one of the most frequently used roofing substrates in the market today, due to its many advantages. Because of the material and its light coloring, TPO has exceptional heat-reflective properties which keep your home cool.
Additionally, TPO has a proven track record of resistance to UV light, chemical exposure, punctures from hail, microbial growth, and ground-level ozone. Not only is it environmentally friendly, it costs less.
This weathering layer is applied on top of your existing roof. It is one of the highest quality weatherproofing systems in the market. It’s flexible and UV resistant elastomeric compound that is designed just for your roof. Energy efficient and long lasting once properly installed, Hydro-Stop coating provides excellent protection from the elements and will not support fungus or algae growth.
How do we do it?
After a thorough pressure washing and sealing any existing cracks, we use a special spraying applicator to apply a nice thick layer of protection. Once the compound dries, it’s ready!
This is best suited for shingled roofs that need an extra layer of protection. All Florida’s Roof Shield seals small cracks that can happen over time and helps to prevent future ones from forming. Additionally, our sealant will keep biology out, such as mildew, algae, fungus, and mold.
It will bounce UV light back into the stratosphere and keep your home safer on those sunny Florida days. When applied, it will extend the life of your roof as well as help to control moisture from heavy rains.
Impact resistance will keep leaks out and your home dry and cool.
