We would like to let you know how happy we are with our new roof; our house seems to be much cooler. The apperance of the roof is very neat and clean and makes our home look more attractive. John our salesman was very pleasant and answered all of our questions. John also always returns any calls we make to him. The gentleman who did the work were very polite and made sure the work was done in a timely fashion. They also made sure they cleaned up and did not leave a mess. Katie, the office girl was very helpful and polite when ever we talked with her. We want to thank you again, and we will definetly reccommend you highly to others.

Dear Mr. Fulford,
I wanted to write to say thank you and to tell you that you and you your company have restored my faith in companies that stand behind their names and their products. That is a rare occurence in today's market.
As you'll recall, my situation involved a faulty rubber roof that was under a service warranty that I purchased from your company subsequent to the company that installed my roof going out of business.Though I thought it was the right thing for you to do, I did not really expect, in today's business environment, that your company would honor the warranty for a roof that was installed by another company. Well, not only did you willingly do the right thing, but you did it in a very timely manner, with a cooperative attitude, and with high quality workmanship.
Mr. Fulford, the primary purpose of this communication is to say thank you. However, I also want to tell you that your ethical behavior serves to renew my faith in people who provide service to the edlerly. Please feel free to share my thoughts with your clients at your discretion.

Dear Mr Remmel & Fulford,
I want to sincerely thank you for seeing my roof was taken care of. I am 89 years old and was unaware of the leak in a corner wall. I was given a wake-up call when enough water accumulated over the ceiling area and decided to leak through,I was frantic hence a call to your company. The young fellow assigned the repair work were very mannerly and worked dilegently. I had a feching everything was in good hands and would be taken take of. Between your company and my daughter's help I am back together again. You have made one old lady happy and left feeling safe if it rains.
